Entrevista
The interview process consists of:
Recruiter scanning - 30 minutes call where you will be asked about your past role, what motivated you to make the change and why did you chose MongoDB. Check videos online if you are unsure on how to do well on this stage.
Second stage: 1 hour call with a colleague
This stage is important. They will ask you how you prospect, how you qualify your accounts, how you prioritize them. Do research on MongoDB Atlas and MongoDB use cases at this stage, but spend more time preparing to answer how you qualify accounts.
Hiring manager stage: Probably the most important stage. This call also goes through how you qualify. They are really good at giving you information throughout the process to track what have you learnt. So make sure to loop some information from the other rounds.
Senior Director: Someone from the senior managment will schedule a 1 hour call with you to go through similar things, in this round they are likely to ask you some questions about the product we sell as well as behaviour questions. Use STAR to answer.
Onsite 1: You will be invited onsite for 1 hour or 1:30 hour where you will be asked in dept about background, past work experience and you will have to talk in detail about some deals you closed.
Final round: The challenge
At this stage you will have to work on a presentation and role play a real sales scenario. This is very similar to the job you will do while at MongoDB, so it should be no problem for you.
All rounds have about 1 to 2 week from each other.

Very hard and long process.
First you have an interview with the hiring manager, then you have personalty quiz to check what kind of person you are, then logical test.
Once you finish you need to prepare for the challenge.
You get a scenario you need to read and prepare to and then to present a challenge deck.
You better know MEDDICC before, second and third level questions and show that you are coachable and looking for feedback.

Entrevista
Very comprehensive interview process, included an online personality and language/math test, detailed 1:1 rounds with hiring managers from different territories and sales leaders. The final Challenge Round encompassed a detailed preparation of a New Business Meeting alongside hiring managers/solution architects which was eventually presented to Sales Leaders, with very detailed feedback on performance thereafter. I learned a lot from the process, very insightful even prior to joining the organisation.

HRs reach out with qualification call and the. ghost off forever. Till date happened with 4 of them. Even the call went great and you reach out to them, they will just ignore you. Pathetic!
