Got a call from recruiter for Sourcing Lead role for global locations. Role was well explained and I proceeded as role was looking promising and organization's growth prospects looked ambitious.
Round 1 - phone interview with Global Sourcing Head
Round 2 - face to face case study to gauge your hands on sourcing skills followed by a F2F round with Global Sourcing Head
Round 3 - Follow up F2F round with Global Sourcing Head
Round 4 - VC round with Global Talent Acquisition Lead.
All the rounds were well coordinated and discussions were focused on how do you handle/react in different situations to get to know your point of view/thought process.
Interview process took around 3 weeks.

I think interactions were great. Although, my candidate was out on hold as team wanted to meet few more candidates as there were few areas which came as a concern; however these were known by the recruiter from day 1.
