Got a call from the recruiter who thought my resume was the exact criteria their client was looking for.
An phone interview was set up for a couple days after with the client's HR. A couple days later I had a face to face with the Director and Sr Network Administrator. The following week was the final interview with the CIO after which I was selected to consult with them.

This question was actually a very simple question that for some reason I drew a blank (most likely nerves on my part.) Name a time when you had to come up with a solution that wasn't the norm. After taking a bit to calm down my nerves I was able to remember one of those times and explain in detail how I went about that.
