Phone calls first . Basic PC questions . Then client may call you for phone interview or just ask you to come in and interview . In my case they wanted a in person interview . After that Mondo calls to see if they are interested or not and if they are a offer is made . Mondo has client and employee sign paper stating hourly rate and length of time .
