A recruiter reached out to me through LinkedIn. They setup a phone call interview / screening. They explained the role and setup an in-person almost immediately after. We setup a phone call the day before the interview to prep which was helpful. The in-person was with their Sales Manager, Recruiting Manager and Account Directors. The managers were great and realistic about the expectations. The two ADs, who were going to be potential peers, described the expectations of the job. In this role they explained you are supposed to be online 24 hours a day, even when on PTO / vacation. They also described how miserable they were in their current roles and thought about quitting at least 6 times (one had only been there (6) months - so that's once a month). They described the high turnover rate. Seemed like a scare tactic - fine by me. I let them know in the interview that I was not interested. Good if you are looking for entry-level sales position. I wouldn't expect a work / life balance.

I was spoken to in such a rude manner by one of the sales managers. I have never been treated so curtly before in all my years of interviewing for different roles. I'm not sure if they try to use scare tactics or something over at Mondo, but I have no interest in working for a company with that kind of environment. It seems like they take advantage of young, unexperienced college graduates who are dying to be seen as professionals.
