Smooth. Recruiter is excellent. Yes they do make a few questions here and there but maintly is having a conversation with a stranger. If you have sales skills and you are confortable with showing who you are and you have an outgoing personality it should be fairly easy process.

The questions he asked me made me feel like he was being selective while describing the job details to me at the same time. When we ended the call he told me what the next steps would be and that is exactly what happened.
