The structure of the interview process was fairly standard. I had an initial phone screening with HR, followed by two interviews: one with the direct manager and one with an executive leader in the department. What made Community Brand stand out was the level of communication and clear expectation setting throughout the process. I always understood what was coming next and what the expected timeline was.

The interviewers asked questions about relevant skills and my background in order to determine if I could be successful in the role. The interviews were more conversational with an intent to build rapport and learn about one another as well as Community Brands as a company.
