Applied via LinkedIn and had an HR representative email me ~ one week after asking for a time to talk. Phone call with HR was about 30 min discussing my resume and HR asked behavioral type questions. HR then scheduled a time to meet with Finance Director. Interviewed with Finance Director and mostly discussed my resume. Followed up with behavioral type questions regarding my resume like how to deal with difficult situations, was there a time when you disagreed with your boss and why, etc.
