I was contacted by the owners regarding this position. I have found the interview process to be somewhat ad-hoc and not always transparent. The owners communicated openly about the company and their expectations. They gave me a tour of the premises. We met a few times off site. The final round was a three hour interview with the management team. Following which I was informed by the HR manager to expect an offer within the next few days. However, no offer was extended. Two weeks later the owner informed me that they have opted for a different candidate.
