- First interview with a recruiter, he/she will ask about your experience and desired salary. - Code assessment, easy challenge however you might have to ask some calcifications for it. Like if you need pagination or not.

Take the first interview, they didnt give me a feedback, nor answer a mail sent asking for it. So it was only the interview with human resources. it would be nice if companies start taking our time more respectully.

The first point of contact was a recruiter who explained the recruitment process and the company's culture and clarified any doubts. This initial call lasted 20 minutes. The second interview was with a UX researcher with a standard questionnaire to assess qualifications and culture fit. There was an opportunity to ask questions about the role and teams. This call lasted about an hour.
- Can you tell me about your career? What is your UX research process? What methods do you feel more comfortable with? Can you talk me through a user study you have conducted? What steps do you follow in a usability study? How do you make sense of and sort through large amounts of data? Can you tell me about a time you have used a mixed methods approach? Can you give me an example of a time when your research had measurable business value?

It was pretty straight forward. Simple iOS questions that anybody with experience in iOS development could answer. I also had some more specific questions that turned out to be related exactly to the project I was going to be working on, which I thought was really nice.
- Q: How do push notifications work? Q: How do app extensions work? What app extensions have you worked with? Q: Do you have experience with SwiftUI? Q: How does deep linking work?

First, screening call. Second, technical interview with live coding tasks with a QA engineer. Here, the QA engineer from Modus was just giving tasks and turning off his camera, then looking at the solution and not asking any questions. Third interview with the QA lead, which was about asking general skillset questions, areas of interest, etc. Finally, a meeting with the client, which is more or less exploratory from the client's side.
- Live coding tasks - write a simple function for addition and write tests for it; make a JSON parser which validates the values of the attributes. Do you have experience with mobile testing? Which automation frameworks do you have experience with?

It's a really good process, they ask about myself, my previous experience, stuff like that, and why I want to change my current company, such passed a nice vibe, how they work and how they want to work in the future!

HR was more interested that i had a camera on, that all the experience that i could provide for the company, what year is this? 2005? Also, the lady was late for the interview. At least i didn`t wasted more than 5 min.

After the initial screening call I had three interviews with different team members and finally the director. The first two were good, but in meeting the director he was unprepared and didn't seem to have talked to the two previous team members. There were also some technical issues with the audio on the call that I mentioned, instead of trying to resolve them he continued making it very difficult to have a conversation. The worst part is after all of the interviews they are unresponsive in my status and the overall status of the position they were trying to hire for.
- A lot questions around process and review of your portfolio. Everything was very scripted and basic.

Initially recruiter called me for an initial screening. Then followed by a round with two Product managers. Questions were more Product owner related than Product strategy questions. Felt like one would perform a lot of PO responsibilities

Pretty straight forward. I was informed in the very first interview with the recruiter how the whole interview process was going to go. Two technical interviews (Possibly an introduction interview with the team. This didn't happen) and then they proceed with an offer if they like me or a rejection if they don't. I was informed in this interview about the work methodology, payment process etc. I was also asked about my salary expectations. They then proceeded to conduct the two technical interviews with me in two separate days with two different developers. After that they sent me an offer. Overall, pretty nice.
- Q: Since when do you develop for the iOS platform? Q: Have you worked with push notifications? Q: Have you worked with SwiftUI and widgets in iOS 14? Q: How do you make API calls to a remote web service? Q: Which design patterns have you worked with? Q: How do you open another app from Swift code? etc...
