I made it to the third interview. They use recruiters to lure you in and give you limited details about the position. Once I made it past the recruiters and actually met with the sales manager I was told that the job required 100% cold calling. The sales manager did not seem like someone I wanted to work for or with, and described competitors negatively. I know that this is the way business is typically done, but I prefer to do business with much more professionalism and integrity.
