You have to create your own mock-up room using photoshop or whatever design software you have and follow some of their prompts. You have to include a note about your design.

I applied for the job, then got an email asking me to do a style quiz and project to see if I could move to the next round. They called me and said I was accepted explained the training I’d need to undergo BEFORE I got hired. They promise $300 for completing training IF you get hired. It sounded shady but I decided to give it a try because, well, like I’m sure almost everyone else applying, I was desperate. I’d like to have a labor lawyer look into this unpaid training thing to see if any of it is legal. They hide behind the same “contractor” clauses that many employers are doing these days. The training itself is a whole week of work. I admit I didn’t finish, I was soon realizing the pay was just way too low for what you’re doing. They claim it’s $30/hr but you’d have to be super fast to be able to even do it in two hours. They pay you PER PROJECT and not per hour. And, according to the employee reviews, it’s almost impossible for nearly anyone work that quickly. I didn’t know if I was even going to pass training. I cut my time loss and stopped doing it, despite already putting most of my week into it. Plus, no benefits, they can cut you at any time. They seem to be casting their net VERY wide. They train dozens of people a week, they know a lot of people won’t pass or once they start working for them, won’t stay long. It’s really just not worth it imo but I get it if you are desperate. The people who work for them now should really consider organizing, these people are SLIMY.
