Lengthy and thorough. There was a video component, a task component, and several interviews with different members of the team, plus I was given the opportunity to "interview" someone, too.

Exception. Full Stop. World class interview process and people directorship. Clear instructions, communication, timelines, and expectations. As a candidate, I felt well-informed and set up for success during the process.
