Very simple and relaxed interview. Was one or two questions about why I wanted to work at Modell's, and then a very quick series of questions about theoretical situations. Finished in about 15 minutes.

Straightforward, just an interview with the general manager to discuss experience and scheduling / availability. They were able to answer my questions and gave me a response just a few days later.
Light and straight forward process. Not bad for an entry level job. Be aware you will be on your feet at all times. Know how to calculate basic money math and deals
