I applied for the Job in Delhi location via LinkedIn. Got an email from HR the next day and she scheduled a telephonic HR interview first. The HR interview was short and mostly a background knowledge of my work and job requirements. She wanted to be ensured that I'm willing to relocate to Delhi. After this, next round was Telephonic Technical Discussion with one of their Technical Leads I guess. It was not a question-answer interview and more of a Technical discussion. We discussed about the scope of native vs HTML5 mobile apps, how to manage security in android. The next round was telephonic technical interview. The interviewer asked about managing different screen sizes in Android, different types of XML parsers, Java String questions and thread synchronization. Other questions were quite simple too, which I don't remember at this moment. Next day, I got a call from HR saying that they are willing to offer me the job, but were very resilient in giving me CTC that I had asked. I asked them I need one day to reconsider. From there on, the entire experience was a hell ride. They kept calling me every 2 hours the next day in trying to change my mind about my CTC demand. It left me exasperated and I felt bad that it was being dealt in a very unprofessional way. Next day I declined the offer.
