Initial contact through executive search firm, followed by interview with head of HR, very pleasant, more like a conversation. Then immediately interview with hiring manager, about 45 minutes, straightforward and direct conversation. Final interview was video conference with one of founders, 20 minutes, pleasant and to the point. Entire process was goal oriented, they know what they want, and they are straight to the point.
