Multi-step process: submit resume/application online, 2. phone interview with recruiter, 3. personality and cognitive assessment, 4. didn't get this far (didn't pass the timed cognitive test)
The cognitive test is 50 questions with a 15 minute time limit. Don't get stuck on one problem; move on. As the interviewer said, "It's a sprint, not a marathon." Guess if you don't know; there's no penalty for wrong answers.
