There was no initial phone interview. I had originally requested a phone interview before making the commute down to Alexandria. I drove from Nothern Maryland to the Greenbelt Metro station. I walked a mile from the King Street Metro station over to their building. After all of that I received a call from the recruiter 20 minutes before the interview to tell me they needed to change my in person interview to a phone interview. Needless to say I did not proceed with the interview. After this I walked another mile back to the King Street Metro station to go to DC and wait a few hours for my next interview. They do not seem to respect peoples' time.
