The initial interview with a recruiter was very positive and she promised me to arrange the next one with a hiring manager next week (that was even said twice during the call). Then the recruiter didn't come back to me the next week and I only got a communication one more week later after a reminder I had send. Finally the recruiter appeared with a messy letter mentioning that the company won't proceed with me despite I have a solid experience. This sounded very inconsistent. That was a very disappointing experience.
