I applied on Linkedin to the role, a recruiter contacted me very quickly to set up the initial interview with me. It was very quick and I thought it went well. On the Saturday after the interview I received an email from the recruiter that unfortunately I cannot be considered, since they are looking for someone with at least 3 years experience in managing teams of 7+ analysist in a SaaS company. This was completely not mentioned in the job description, so naturally was a disappointment. It was also visible on my CV that I didn't have this qualification.
