Very smooth. The process has been rewarding. LinkdeIN reach out led to effective correspondence. Alert, responsive, helpful with full of clarity and doesn't waste candidate’s time. Offer isn't received yet but the process has been nothing short of a surprise in current turbulent faced paced environment.
