Entrevista
Interview took place at Moscow office. I talked with HR, she told me about the job and bonuses, after that I was interview by 2 reviewers. They also told about the job and some information about the company, after that they started to ask questions.
One question was about algorithms and structures, there was also a discussion question like: "imagine a network of computers with one server, there is a huge array and you must organize the following calculations..." The last question was really close to what they do. The interviewers and HR were really nice, I really liked their office.
The thing is, that I needed a web-development job, but it turned out that they needed a system programmer - one, who knows a lot about memory, threads, etc.

So I applied online, having no referrals. The first step is to get familiar with a recruiter, who describes the job posting etc. The next day, one long technical interview (lets say 2.5 hours). And result in 2 days.

Mostly guys concentrated on what I know the best. So it was about less than five general questions, then they figured out I feel good in algorithms, so we proceeded to talk about them. So I can not say there is some particular topics you should be good at. Just be cool in one. (:
I was asked to write a BST in Python and implement BFS and DFS.
