Need a job as the utmost opportunity I choosed Miracle.
It was a telephonic interview and in-person.
If the employee didn't go to the interview also, he/she can go through. But he/she should send all his/her original certificates so that they will ask to sign a Bond for 2-3 years which depends on the situation.
If the employee is Ok for that, they will hire even though if the employee is a "Popeye - The Sailor Man"

I was reached out to on Linkedin by a current employee. I was told I would be a solid fit and the team was very eager to meet me. I responded accordingly and accepted the offer for a phone interview. The first interview was essentially a discovery call. The second call was with the regions VP. Lastly I was asked to have a formal face-to-face meet with the regions VP.

Entrevista
There were three interviews with three different people. All were about an hour and were professional and positive. Two of tje interviews were done via zoom call and one was in person. They were very accommodating with dates and times When They were available.
