Applied online through Minted's website. The entire process was relatively fast and painless except for the part where they ghosted me. Went through a screening call, interview with the hiring manager, a case study, a video onsite (met with around 4 people), and then a final call with the hiring manager again who just wanted to let me know I did well and it was between me and one other candidate and they'd let me know soon. Followed up a week later about the status and then a week after that and never heard back. You would think after 5+ hours of interviews the least they could do is send an automated rejection email.
