The interview process with this company was highly disappointing and unprofessional. There is no synchronization among the interviewers, and candidates are often kept waiting for long periods based on the interviewer’s convenience. Even after putting significant time, effort, and preparation into the process and performing well in the interviews, the final outcome can be a rejection based on vague, unusual, and out-of-context reasons that have little to do with the actual technical discussion. It gives the impression that the company focuses more on irrelevant factors than assessing actual technical skills, which makes the entire process unpredictable, frustrating, and demotivating.
