The interview process took 3 rounds. First telephonic, 1 technical round,1 Manager round. i had a very positive interview. But they gave feedback after all rounds are completed, that they are looking someone with some xyz technology (which i don't have experience). i felt they should filter the candidate based on skills in the intital level not after 3 rounds.
