It was a one hour monologue from him, quite condescending tone (e.g. told me I had "no diploma" when their own talent acquisition team called it a strong academic background smh), he describes the position, their numerous problems, their history etc, and when 5 minutes were left he realized he spent all time talking. Got a call afterwards with talent acquisition, when I told her my actual salary, she seems unsure how to proceed and told me that she would send me an email in two weeks. Never heard from them since, which is not really professional. From the CTO own words, they don't really have an hiring process, so you might have a live coding challenge or a take home exercise. It also might be what you'll be up to from what he said.
