The process was managed by their own software which was impressive and allowed them to keep me informed with email automation. They ask questions related to the core values of the company that means you need to think on your feet and pat answers won't cut it. Be prepared to tell a joke.

Overall an hour each for the last interviews but quite engaging, cv screening at the end.

Fast, First Interview over Zoom just a call with Recruiter. Second Interview with Hiring Managers and Shadowing. The Offer accepted. The whole process was smooth and staff was friendly. The shadowing was great to see what type of work we would be doing.
