There were 3 interviews in total. The first was on the phone with HR. The same day they scheduled a follow up with 2 team members from the NOC team which was about a week out. I heard back pretty quickly once again but the 3rd interview was at the end of the following week so the whole process took about a month. The interviewers were all very friendly and I didn't feel any extra pressure from them. There were some questions about my specific experience and how it was going to relate to the job duties. A few behavioral questions. Some questions about how I would handle the schedule and pace. Overall I was really pleased with the interview process.
