Nothing worse than having two interviews and then getting ghosted. Even I learned a long time ago when you interview someone for whatever position, you always reach out to them if you aren’t going to hire them. Common courtesy.

Immediate response to application/resume submitted. Phone screen by recruiter, phone interview with hiring manager and in person interview with hiring manager all within a 2 week period. The process was timely. On each occasion the salary range was discussed and agreed on, only to find that it was not what they were looking to offer.
