Me postulé a través de una facultad o universidad. El proceso tomó 3 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en Milwaukee Tool (University, MS) en mar 2022
Entrevista
Invited to an in-person interview after a college career fair. Two engineers from different Milwaukee Tools ask behavioral-type questions. Was told that they or an HR representative would reach out soon and two weeks later we offered an intern position.

Would you rather sit behind a desk all day or work hands-on with a project.
Felt like a conversation - it was a simple behavioral interview first round. My interviewer was a technical engineer, not HR. It wasn't clear if he was the hiring manager or just an employee, but he was very nice and casual. Good experience overall.
Mini interview at Job fair, then Phone call, then circuit analysis interview. Not technical until final round. first two were easy to get past
DC/AC Analysis: Ohm’s Law, KVL/KCL, node/mesh analysis.
Op-Amps: Inverting/non-inverting configurations, ideal assumptions.
Thevenin/Norton equivalents
Transient response: RLC circuits, step inputs.
Frequency response: Bode plots, filters (low-pass, high-pass).
Basic circuit design questions

Solve this circuit and explain to me how it works.
The interview was relaxed and lasted 45 minutes for the second round. Typical HR questions were asked along with interview questions. They were very interested in my education and what I had learned in my classes. A couple technical questions
