Entrevista
Phone screen followed by a 4hr long panel of multiple interviews. Given the growth of the company I was interviewing for the same role but multiple openings. Focus of the 4hr long 1:1 panels was to meet with leadership in each group to determine a best fit.

Round 2 - Hiring Manager Interview - Very standard
Round 3 - Homework assignment with 4-8hr expectation and 1 hr readout - Not terrible, but definitely a large ask if you're employed already
Round 4 - 4 45-minute panel interviews onsite with 10 people (2-3 each) - Seemed like total overkill, especially when they mentioned 5 other people had already gone through 4 rounds with zero offers. Definitely felt like they weren't serious about filling the role...
Me postulé a través de una recomendación de un empleado. El proceso tomó 2 meses. Acudí a una entrevista en Milwaukee Tool (Brookfield, WI) en jul 2012
Entrevista
Initially was contacted by a member of the HR/recruiting staff and had an initial screening interview. Later, I had an additional interview with another member of the HR team. After that, I had a phone conversation with the VP of engineering. At this point, I was invited to headquarters for an on-site, in-person interview. I met with around six different members of the business unit as well as an HR representative and interviewed with each individual for roughly a half an hour. The process began at 8 a.m. and continued until 2:30 without a break longer than five minutes.
