Applied on their website and received an email asking when I was available for an online interview. Met a data center lead for an interview using blue jean online conferencing.

I got a call from milestone asking for some more details on my application. It seemed like I hit every part of the job description. I got a interview request after three days. We hit it off super well on the onsite interview and he said that I'd get a callback or something tomorrow or the day after with a decision. I never received anything of the sort.
There were some issues with my interview though. It wasn't perfect, just better than most that I've had. Culture was the main issue, I'm not really sure if I fit. I was rejected before for that reason. In hindsight, I should've spoken about it. I was sure to tell them honestly about my shortcomings and that I've never been in a data-center before.
The only reason I am reviewing negatively is because I was told that they needed some technicians ASAP. They sold me the company and made it seem that I was going to get it. Lo, there's been radio silence for almost a week. I have some hope that I'm going to get a response. Though, I doubt it. I'm not planning on waiting to hear back from them since all that it does is keep me unproductive. Thus, I'm leaving a review.
I'm being a bit too harsh since the onsite interview request was a day late. I know that recruiters are pressured to hire as quickly as possible; there's usually no time to leave a "you've been rejected" letter. I just hope that they can invest in an automated response type of system to cure this issue so that people like me aren't lead on.
I'll try to be sure to update this post if I get a response. Hope this helps someone!
Edit: E-mailed my recruiter and he responded. They're still doing interview runs so it seems like I'm still in the race haha. My hunch was right though, the team was stopped for some reason. Hope they figure it out.
Seems like a recurring problem or a horrible way to say go away.
Edit 2: I was lied to. The recruiter said that I was a second choice when there were two positions open. Pretty annoying. Obviously didn't make it.
