At this time we are not following the process that you described.
After we review applications and resumes, most of our positions begin with a one-way video interview, our side is prerecorded and it is designed to be convenient for our applicants.
From there, some positions do have a remote practical exercise- but not all, and then a one-to-one interview with management.
Because the great majority of our staff is working a remote work model, it would be extremely rare for us to request an on-site interview. And, we do not have multiple assessments to be completed.
