Well, it starts from a test that includes testing and documentation for a demo application and a mock call. It's nothing that you can't handle if you're applying for this job unless it's just not your day. Afterwards, it's a simple interview with the support senior specialist and if you're good, then it's on to shadowing a support guy. I screwed up a simple interview and hence did not get the job.
