It all started out so promising. I went through multiple rounds of interviews and felt like everything was going smoothly. I was excited about the opportunity and felt confident in my abilities. However, things took a turn for the worse when I suddenly became ghosted by the company. I tried to reach out and follow up, but all my emails went unanswered. I was left in the dark, feeling frustrated and unsure of what had happened. I wanted to know why they stopped communicating with me, and what I could do to improve my chances. A month went by, and I still hadn't received a response. I decided to escalate the situation and sent an email to a C-level individual within the company, who never actually got back to me. The whole experience left a sour taste in my mouth. The company could have easily avoided this situation by simply responding to my emails and keeping me in the loop. Instead, they left me feeling ignored and disrespected. Would not recommend the process at all.

The manager who was supposed to be interviewing me was a NO-SHOW. I waited ten minutes on the Zoom call, called the HR representative, got her voicemail, left a voicemail saying that no one was one the line. After a few minutes more disconnected from the call. I never heard back from the company or the HR representative. This is highly unusual and very unprofessional.
