The interview was at Microsoft Ireland.   It started with a recruiter call, and later, an interview with the hiring manager.  In between, I requested accessibility accommodation due to my speech difficulties. Ultimately, I got rejected for the exact reasons listed in my accessibility accommodation request.  In other words, Microsoft Ireland used the information against me. I asked for an explanation, and months later, they keep closing my tickets and refuse to answer my questions. 

HR rounds first, and then comes the hiring manager round with portfolio review. HM is nice, not too many and difficult questions. But I think I interviewed too late, I got rescheduled on time, and waited for three weeks to interview.
