4 rounds:
- First round is with your manager - basically questions around team fit and understanding of the market
- Second round is a role-related-knowledge interview with you peer,
- Third reound is from a peer from adjacent organizations that you need to work closely with - mainly access about understanding of the market and how you could help him/her
- Final round is with your manager's manager - mainly access on market knowledge
