I met with the recruiter first, then the hiring manager, then peers I would work with and the hiring manager for a second time, then important stakeholders. Overall 7 interviews in total.
Open, vlot en transparant. Respectvol. Onmiddelijke duidelijkheid over procedure. Open en positieve gesprekken. Uiteindelijk afgehaakt om in mijn huidige functie te blijven. Conform pakket. Zou het bedrijf zeker aanraden aan andere kandidaten.
