Microsoft conducts interview loops and does not allow applicants to communicate directly with hiring managers. The interview loop is all conducted in a single day with 3 different individuals and consists of a culture interview, a technical/Microsoft solution interview, and an industry/role specific interview. These are the only steps in the interview process.

Give me an example of where you have demonstrated a growth mindset?
The entire experience was an unexpectedly long and exhausting process, involving far too many repetitive rounds, and ultimately left me feeling frustrated. Based on everything, I would not recommend it
It was quite good and seamless. I didn't have any difficulties, the interviewer was great and the overall experience is something I would definitely recommend to each and everyone of you.
