Basic phone screen was done by a technical recruiter. Started with work history and experience. Then quickly transitioned into a technical skills quiz where I was asked about operating systems, concurrency, data structures, object oriented design and algorithm design. Also asked question related to a test mindset such as 'how would you test a file system'?
