I signed up for the standard on campus interview. It was a quick talk about my background, tech and MSFT products. Not too long after, they emailed me to setup a day of interviews in WA. I had four or five interviews, one after another. The first was talking about product on a high level, the second was the same. The third was in a office where the interviewer 'preferred to work in the dark', it was very weird. We talked about algorithms for this interview and the next.
