The interview process consisted of a call with the recruiter about your past experience and why you want to work for Microsoft. Once you get past that they send you an online coding test and if you pass that then 4 in person interviews at the Microsoft office. The interviewers were nice and very willing to answer questions about culture, work, other activities at Microsoft. The questions were average difficulty, once solved they focused on getting an optimal answered with lowest time/space complexity. Each interviewer asked one problem solving question along with some behavioural questions. The recruiter was a bit sketchy and follow up is not very good even after getting an offer. After signing the contract becomes even worse. Also for some reason salary ranges at Microsoft, Dublin are far lower than their other locations as well as salary ranges of other companies in Dublin.
