Very Weird process.
Applied in March via the website was invited in June to attend a selection day. Wasnt impressed by the Sales knowledge the manager had.
Had to follow up on this interview multiple time.
The feedback I received is that the outcome was positive but due to the financial year ending they couldn't give me an offer at the moment.
Then my details were forwarded for another role but again no reaction at all.

Slow and long...tedious process of many rounds. Would not recommend it. Although compensation is higher than average . Not worth the trouble. But the interviewer was nice. Had to go through recruiter though.

You can feel that it was really structured.
They pretend to be friendly and relax like a start up

The interview process was a great experience, the managers were highly interactive. The follow ups were quick and got a confirmation within 2-5 days. Once, I have accepted the position, they did a background check. Standard procedure for many global companies.
