Applied online, received an email requesting additional supporting documents. Few days later, an email scheduled for an interview for 1st round of interview. 1st round of interview was with 2 managers, asked about some micron background questions (values etc), behavioural questions, strengths and weaknesses, attributes you deemed important in an ideal workplace. Interview lasted an hour. Next day, checked my email inbox and received invite for 2nd interview on that same day. Was quite rushed but luckily I saw the email invite. 2nd interview was with a senior manager/ director, shared about my internship experiences and what to expect, working hours, job responsibilities etc. Heard that once you made it to 2nd interview, you are more or less accepted unless you screwed up that 2nd interview. Was asked to wait for a week for HR to notify and offer. 3 days later, got offered from HR.

It was an online interview. The interview was scheduled on Friday but the recruiter called 3 hours prior to inform the interview will be postponed to Monday due to the hiring manager's busy schedule. The interview was scheduled at 12.30 pm but the hiring manager joined the meet 15 minutes later. The qualification of the position was written as "Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply" but the manager expected me to know everything about production planning, etc. Waited a week for the results and then email the HR only to get a reply saying if I don't receive any call in 2 to 3 days, I am not selected. At the end, I didn't get any rejection email but I get to know from the Workday portal that I was not selected. Just a request, if the candidate is not suitable for the position and the HR decided to not select the candidate, please send an email to the candidate saying that we are not selected.
