Me postulé en línea. Acudí a una entrevista en Micron Technology en dic 2019
Entrevista
This was for an entry level position. There were 3 interview stages:
-The first was a technical screen where an HR rep asked me briefly about my experience, then listed off several technical terms and asked me if I had heard of/encountered them. I was not asked any behavioral questions.
-The second was a phone conversation with a few members of the team where they mainly asked me to talk about my experience and my interest in the position. Pretty casual overall. They made me feel comfortable.
-The third was an all-day onsite interview that involved a series of interviews where they asked me about my experience and interest (~30%) and asked me technical questions (~70%) based on my background. Overall my interviewers were really friendly and understanding that the process would be tiring for me. They would steer me in the right direction from time to time too, which was appreciated. Questions seemed to focus on conceptual understanding. After that, they gave me time to ask any questions I had about the position. I rate the interview overall as "Difficult" because 1) it was fairly long and tiring (definitely relied on lots of adrenaline) and 2) I was not provided an itinerary ahead of time, so I did not know what to expect. That was probably just a mistake, as things like that happen, but just in case it happens to you, hopefully this review can help!
(Because I listed that I had a background in semiconductor device physics) In an MOS Capacitor, how should I bias the device to achieve the minimum small signal capacitance?
First HR phone screen. Then hiring manager phone screen reviewing resume and some technical questions, then panel interview with other engineers. Process varies between teams but most engineering positions will require a panel interview.
Me postulé a través de una facultad o universidad. El proceso tomó 1 día. Acudí a una entrevista en Micron Technology (Nueva Delhi) en dic 2024

I was part of college hire! So two technical round followed by an HR round. First round was pretty basic and second round was in depth. Questions asked were mostly based on Verilog VHDL, Digital IC Design and Digital electronics
