Entrevista
This position i interviewed is for Singapore location. There was an online test for 5 hours.
Later I got shortlisted, there was an hour long interview.
I got a call after 3-4 days from HR and they sent an email asking for salary slips and expected salary.
Once I mentioned the expected salary, they didn't get back till 2-3 weeks. I asked for the feedback after that, then they responded saying expected salary is too high. Apparently they want candidates from India who have experience of more than 7 years and who can come for 7-8K Singapore dollars (~47lacs INR).
People with that experience get that amount in India itself. They want very cheap candidates. If the cost of living is 4 times more that India, how can any candidate come for similar salary that of India?

Projects that I have worked on.
Simple C questions involving macros.
I applied to this job via Linkedin and did not get the response. Messaged the HR through linkedin and then interview process started. Had 3 rounds of Technical telephonic as the job location is different from my current working city.
1st round: Mainly focused on the things that i mentioned in the resume and they gave one simple c program and asked to tell the name of error if compiled.
2nd round: Previous project, Processor related questions and RTOS concepts
3rd round: Few questions on linker script, puzzle.
I haven't received any response from them after 3rd telephonic, It's been almost a week of time now.
I tried to reach HR team multiple times over mobile and mail. Still no response received. They should have given some update even it's positive or negative, but just playing with the candidate is not a good option. This is very disappointing. This shows their culture. I saw similar experience for other candidates as well and one of the comment is "Today's candidates are tomorrow's leaders". I hope they understand the power of this statement and give the respect to others.
