Facilities Electrical Engineer – Interview Timeline Day 0 At the career fair, the company proactively collected my résumé and asked me to complete the campus recruitment application online. Day 19 Received an invitation to submit missing documents. Day 24 Received an official invitation to confirm the interview schedule. Day 28 Formal interview. HR Reminders The interview will last one hour. Please go online 5 minutes earlier and prepare your ID and diploma/certificate for HR verification. Interview results will be available in 1–2 weeks. Interview Arrangement There will be a total of three supervisors, covering Shift / Day Shift / Night Shift. The supervisors will first give a brief introduction of the work in the FAC (Facilities) department. Interview Content You will be asked to briefly introduce your: Academic background Internship experience Thesis Interests Possible Interview Questions: Q: Are you able to work shifts? Q: Do you know what our FAC team mainly works on? Q: If a team member under your supervision is not performing well, how would you handle it? Q: We’re not sure about your English ability.
