After receiving a referral through a friend, I was called by HR for a pre-screen. This consisted of basic behavioral questions as to what I was looking for in the job and general information. Afterwards a phone interview was set up. The phone interview was behavioral as well, except for the last portion which was a brain teaser. How can you cut a cake into 8 equal pieces using only 3 cuts? The phone interview brain teaser is tricky because they're more interested in how you think vs. the correct answer. It can be hard to convey your thinking process without being in front of someone, but just be sure to talk your way through things and indicate what you're thinking. It was tense, but I got the answer in the end. If you make it past the phone interview, you'll get to the interview on-site at HQ. There were 3 interviews with various levels of management. All 3 started as behavioral, but ended up in a brain teaser. I can't remember exactly what they were, but one was about a race track and what speed you need to go to achieve a certain average, another was about how to efficiently get people to cross a bridge when they can only move at certain speeds under certain criteria, and the last was about solving for the weight of an object given the weights of other objects. The behavioral interview portion is easy. The Support group is young and fun, so it's not hard to hit the right notes. The brain teasers are tricky, but just be very clear on what you're thinking and speak openly with the person interviewing you. If you're able to get through all interviews and are successful with the brain teasers, you should receive an offer.

3 stage interview. They like to ask mind questions, be prepared! Other than this, I could say it's a casual interview experience, they ask questions about your cv, education and background

In total there were 3 rounds to the interview process. First phone interview was to get to know you and for you to get to know the company, looking at your portfolio and experience. The second was also over the phone with one of the Support managers for your personality and aptitude tests. Final interview was in person and was for a technical discussion about my experience and what would be required of me at this position.

A phone call from HR followed by online tests. The tests are not difficult. However, in their reply they mentioned that "Despite that we were impressed with your profile, we can not proceed any further." without any further explanation.
