Interview process was unnecessarily long and overwhelming. Two phone interviews, 2 hours of online screening, and a 3.5 hour on-site interview process with four different individuals. The HR department was very responsive and organized, but the interviewers themselves were quite the opposite. The individuals that interviewed me changed the location of where they wanted to interview me three times while I was there. One of the individuals had a meeting they needed to attend and had to cut the interview short. Another two brought up comparisons between myself and the employee I'd be replacing.

Don't bother wasting your time. The assessments are not relevant to your job. They are not particularly hard, but if you want to waste your time 45mins to 1 hour go ahead.
They could not give a compelling reason why you should work there.

Applied via a LinkedIn advertisement, had a phone screen with HR and spoke on the phone with the Hiring Manager. Made me take THREE online assessment tests and then the Recruiter ghosted me!!!!! The least they could do is send canditiates a rejection letter!
